Below is my quick step by step guide to organising an elegant and memorable high tea that your girlfriends will love, just before the big wedding day.

Step 1: Collecting all your favourite tea sets and accessories you would like to have on the day. Our favourite is the luxury tea sets from Cristina Re.

Step 2: Making sure the linen is white so that the accessories and cutlery are highlighted with the white background.

Step 3: Choosing the right blend of loose teas will make the occasion perfect. We prefer to steep loose leaf tea as this will give you the best flavours and aromas. Our favourites include french earl grey, english breakfast, green tea, chai, chamomile, rose tea and peppermint. 

Step 4: Organising a selection of savory food and delicious treats. Savories can range from bite size ribbon sandwiches, mini quiches and beveled eggs. Sweets can range from baby scones with jam and cream, chocolate mousse, macaroons and a lovely selection of biscotti. 

Step 5: Making sure that you finalise the event with the perfect background decorations including music, stunning colourful scented candles, and flowers.
