1. All items from our collection, cannot be refunded for change of mind unless goods are out of stock or faulty.
2. All Goods remain the property of Elegant Bomboniere until payment is received in full.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Full payment must be received prior to dispatch.
5. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollar.
6. Non-specification of colors or size etc. will result in a delay. Your 'order start date' will commence from the day payment is received and/or all required information such as colors/dimensions etc. is received.
7. Items which are handmade/hand crafted are subject to slight variation. The photographs shown on this website depict a representation of the completed article.
8. Payments can be made by Direct Deposit, Money Order, PayPal cheque and credit cards.
9. Delivery will be organized by Elegant Bomboniere and the freight is based on "cost" price.
10. Delivery and processing may take up to 7- 10 working days for items or as otherwise stated for your products.
11. Elegant Bomboniere must be notified within 7 days of receipt of faulty goods. Elegant Bomboniere must be notified within 2 days of receipt of order for Short Supply.
12. Elegant Bomboniere ships Australia wide and Internationally.
13. All orders being shipped to a Business address must include Name of Business and Level number, otherwise it may be redirected back to sender.
