How do I file a claim for damaged, defective or missing product(s)?

All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Elegant Bomboniere within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please call our customer service department at  0409 554 904 or contact us through email to initiate a claim. 

Please note that Elegant Bomboniere is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier Australia Post or the nominated courier company.  However, when you purchase from Elegant Bomboniere you also purchase insurance for the delivery of your parcel and therefore in most instances your parcel will be replaced. We will also be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
